Activity Log - Does Xpeedite maintain a log of my activities?
Yes, Xpeedite keeps a log of all activities and is able to display a record of when and by whom all changes are made.
Apple Computers - We have Apple Mac computers; can I run Xpeedite on them?
Yes. Apple Safari runs Xpeedite very well. There is also support for Mozilla Firefox browser built into Xpeedite.
Customer - Placing Orders online - Are my Customers able to place and track Orders on the Internet?
Yes. All you need to do is give them a Username and Password.
Dispatch Pager - When a driver is dispatched, can the information be sent to a pager?
Yes, Xpeedite uses text messaging to send to portable devices that have text messaging capabilities. All that's needed to accomplish this task is to ensure the Driver's pager/phone number is entered in the driver profile. The Pager/cell phone must be activated with a cellular provider.
Dispatcher - Multiple - Can I have more than one Dispatcher working simultaneously?
Yes, you can have up to twenty Dispatchers

Yes, as long as the address is correct, Xpeedite uses the latest technologies to calculate the total driving distance along with a route map.

Login - Do I need my own website to use Xpeedite?
No, however if you have a website a log in field can be added to your website so your customers can log in directly, otherwise your customers can log in through the Xpeedite.com.

Logo - Can I add my logo to Xpeedite?
Yes, Xpeedite allows for two logos to be added by the User. There is a big splash logo that appears when your Customer logs in and another that is displayed the top right hand of all pages. These logos are also displayed on printed documents including Invoices and Waybills.
Order Entry Confirmation - How does my Dispatcher know when a new order has arrived?
When new orders are entered in Xpeedite, as long as it has been made ready, it automatically appears on the dispatchers screen.
Orders Auto Pricing - How does Xpeedite autocalculate prices?
Price is calculated based on DISTANCE, BILL TO company and the information on taken from the profiule of the company that created the Order. The detail of how it is determined is shown below.

Subscribing - How can I get going on Xpeedite?
There are three ways to get going with Xpeedite
1) Subscribe - we host everything on our secure servers. You, your customers and their can clients use it 24/7. There are no upfront costs. You pay every month. There is no charge for on going upgrades. All you need from your end is access to the Internet. We can get you up and going in 10 minutes.
2) Lease it - You build a server or host it on your existing server. Your only upfront cost is the cost of your server and setup. You pay on a monthly basis based on a one-year contract. There is an additional cost for upgrades.
3) Buy it - You build a server, pay for Xpeedite Courier Software (payment terms can be arranged) and manage all areas of its operation. There is an additional cost for upgrades.

Xpeedite allows for an infinite number of users, there is no limit.

Yes. Xpeedite can print 3 copies of your Waybill including field names on blank paper
